PayPal is launching checkout with crypto at 29 million merchants. The service will allow users to convert virtual coins into real currency at checkouts. Users can hold bitcoin, ether, bitcoin cash and litecoin in PayPal digital wallets. The company will charge no transaction fee and only one coin can be used for each purchase. The move comes less than a week after Tesla said it would start accepting bitcoin payments for its cars.
